I had an emergency. A Toilet Flange was previously installed (one week earlier) by a different company incorrectly. The toilet was going to fall of the base!! I called that company first set up

the appt for repair & they cancelled the appt, That day while I sat waiting. Said they needed a special Flange tool & it would not be available to fix until Monday.  I want to know how they knew without looking at it!!! This is a rental property & renters arrived on Friday..I called Hometown after hours & they picked up the call & Gladly gave me an appt for Friday Morning. Brian arrived on time took a look at the mess left to p/u the correct fixes & came back & low & behold he didn't need a special Flange tool. He just put in a new flange & resealed the toilet. A complete fix for half the cost of Benjamin Plumbing!!! My New plumbing company for sure. He saved my Rental property!! Thank you Team Hometown Plumber!!
